an expensive November!

Just finished paying some bills...

1) $9,774.74 -Spring 2018 college tuition bill for DD
2) $2,982.46 -Property tax bill for our house
3) $1,708.17 -AirMed helicopter bill for DD's hip dislocation

Those 3 expenses total $14,465.37 just like that. Yuck.

    So delighted you won your Insurance appeal lowered from $ 52,000. to $ 1,708. Municipal property tax in your community seems reasonable when compared to rates here. We pay a similar sum for a condo in our spendy municipality.

    We pay more property tax than that. Sorry it all adds up, but at least you have the money to pay it. Glad you won that appeal...that is a long way form $52K.
